Description:
Window air conditioners from TCL are the best way to beat the heat for anyone without a central cooling system. Whether you're looking to cool a small bedroom or an expansive living room, the TCL UH series has the ideal unit for you. For cooling a room up to 1400 square feet, our 22,000 BTU heavy-duty window air conditioner features on-board electronic controls with 3 speeds and a handy remote control. This unit requires a special 230V electrical outlet and will not operate with a standard 115V household electrical outlet. With our 24-hour on/off timer, cool strong airflow is at your command. Plus, setup is quick and easy with a long power cord and the included window mounting kit.
TCL 22,000 BTU 1400 sq ft 230V Window Air Conditioner - TWC-22CR2/UH
Features:
- 24 Hour Timer: The window air conditioning unit is equipped with a 24-hour timer (set in ½ hour increments) for on/off functionality.
- Sleep Mode: Automatically adjusts the temperature and fan speed to make the room more comfortable during the night. The set temperature will automatically raise by 1.8°F (1°C) every 30-60 minutes. At most, the temperature will change six times until the temperature reaches 82°F (28°C).
- Eco Mode: Conserves energy by turning off the compressor when the room reaches the desired temperature. The fan motor will run for 10 minutes, stop for 20 seconds, then run again. The compressor will turn back on when the room temperature rises above the set temperature.
- Auto Mode: Based on the room temperature and unit setting, the unit will switch accordingly to one of the three mode settings (Cool, Dehumidify, Fan modes).
- Display On/Off: The unit’s control display can be turned off so it is not illuminated during sleeping hours.
- Filter-Cleaning Reminder: A filter-cleaning light will display after 500 total hours of run time to remind you to clean your filter to ensure optimal operating efficiency.
- Auto Protection: Errors are automatically detected by the unit and error codes are shown on the unit’s display to help detect issues.
- Auto Restart: When the power is off or accidentally cut off, it will automatically restart with the previous function settings when the power resumes.
- Self-Troubleshooting: If the unit detects any abnormal operating conditions, the unit will shut down to prevent damage.
- Multi Directional Louvers: 8-way air outlets ensure consistent air flow to all parts of your living space.
- Energy Star rated (On Select Models): Select units are Energy star rated.
